1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference, govern your use of the Platform, the mobile site and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). If you transact on the Platform, additional service or product terms may apply.

Important: The Platform Owner may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Who is a "User"

For purposes of these Terms, "you", "your" or "User" means any natural or legal person who registers for or uses the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on the Platform (including design, layout, look and graphics) is proprietary to the Platform Owner. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such content.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian or local laws. Unauthorized use may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

6. No Warranty

Neither the Platform Owner nor any third party provides any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information on the Platform. The Platform and Services are provided as-is and use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Fees & Payments

You agree to pay any charges associated with availing Services on the Platform as per the then-applicable pricing and billing terms.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. When you access those links you will be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties; the Platform Owner is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Legal Relationship & Enforceability

By initiating a transaction you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner. Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.

10. Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates and their officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, policies, applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

This Privacy Policy explains how DigiFinTax collects, processes, shares and protects your personal data via the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing described below.

What we collect

We may collect personal data provided during registration or while using the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Full name, date of birth, postal address, mobile number and e-mail address.
• Payment information (with your consent) such as bank account or card details and transaction data.
• Device and usage information, preferences and behavioural data collected automatically.
• Biometric information (only with your explicit consent) where made available on the Platform for specific features.

How we use data

• To provide and personalise Services and to fulfil transactions.
• To communicate offers, updates and promotional material (you will have the ability to opt-out where required).
• To prevent fraud, investigate abuses and enforce our Terms and policies.
• To perform analytics and improve the Platform (we may retain anonymised data for research).

Sharing and disclosures

• Group companies, affiliates and service providers for operational purposes.
• Payment processors, logistics partners and other third parties necessary for order fulfilment.

Grievance Officer

To lodge complaints or request data-related actions please contact our Grievance Officer. We will verify such requests before acting.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds and returns for products or services purchased on the Platform.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 1 day of placing the order.
• Cancellations may not be possible where sellers have already initiated shipping. In that event you may reject the delivery at doorstep.
• Perishable items (e.g. flowers, eatables) are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds/replacements may be considered if quality issues are established.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective items to customer service within 1 day of receipt. The seller/merchant will inspect and determine eligibility for refund or replacement.

Warranty Items

Products that carry manufacturer warranties should be addressed with the manufacturer as per warranty terms.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.

Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 1 day of purchase subject to the item being unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Sale items may be ineligible for returns or exchanges; such exceptions will be displayed at the time of purchase.
• Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval and process the return in accordance with policy.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Shipments are dispatched within 1 day of order confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date and subject to courier norms.

The Platform Owner is not liable for courier/postal delays. Deliveries will be made to the address supplied by the buyer at purchase. Delivery confirmations will be sent to your registered email.

If shipping costs are levied, such costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
